The University of Toronto’s Graduate Union of Students of Art (GUStA) represents all graduate students studying in the department. All full-time and part-time graduate students in the Department of Art History are encouraged to opt-in as members. GUStA organizes regular academic and social events for graduate students and represents the needs and interests of members to the department, CUPE, and the GSU.
GUStA also organizes the annual graduate conference, The Wollesen Memorial Symposium, and publishes the symposium proceedings online and in print in The Wollesen Journal. GUStA runs Intaglio, a journal dedicated to publishing work by students studying Art History at the University of Toronto.
