| Annual Progress Report of Art History PhD Student by Doctoral Student PDF | PhD students who have finished comprehensive exams are required to complete an annual report describing progress-to-date on the degree requirements; work remaining to be completed; and a detailed timetable for the next year. Progress reports are due in June every year. |
| Art History TA and CI Quick Guide PDF | The TA and CI Quick Guide provides guidance on training and supports, resources, checklists, important dates and links, and a contact list. |
| Doctoral Research and Conference Travel Grant Application PDF | The Department of Art History Travel Grant is designed to provide PhD students with financial assistance in order to pursue travel that is necessary for their research program and in direct support of the completion of their dissertation. |
| France International Doctoral Cluster application form | The IDC offers opportunities for graduate students to conduct research in France. Please complete and return the IDC application form by the deadline, announced by email. |
| MA Student Course Selection Form PDF | Complete a course selection form in advance of your first year of study. Course selections and enrolment will take place in July. This form is not required for PhD students. |
| Reading Course Request | Students interested in a reading course are responsible for proposing a topic and securing a supervisor. Complete this form together with your course supervisor. |
| Request for Graduation Form (MA students) | MA students who have completed their program requirements are eligible to request graduation. Complete this form by the appropriate deadline, announced by email each session. |
| Request or Update Your Profile Webform | Department of Art History faculty, students, and postdoctoral fellows can use this form to request or update their website profile. |
| Room Bookings and A/V Requests Webform | Department of Art History faculty, students, and postdoctoral fellows can use this form to assist with room booking and audio-visual (A/V) requests. |
