Biography

Christina Katsougiannopoulou has been teaching first-year seminars as well as survey courses and graduate seminars on ancient art in the Department of Art History at U of T since 2007. She has previously worked as a bibliographer for the German Archaeological Institute in Rome. After receiving a PhD in Early Medieval Archaeology from the University of Bonn, Germany, she also taught for two years in the Hellenic Studies Program at Yale University.
